Member (number 12434) of the Madrid Bar Association.<\/p>\n<p>Between 1970 to 1975 he practiced as a lawyer in the \u201cAparicio Bernal Law Firm\u201d in which he reached the status of Partner. Head of the Legal Department of the Corporation Agrac\u00f3n, S.A. between 1975 and 1978, combining his work as Professor of Commercial Law II at the Cardenal Cisneros University College.<\/p>\n<p>In 1978 he joined the \u201cS\u00e1nchez Pintado Law Firm\u201d, of which Mr. Jos\u00e9 Villaca\u00f1as Berenguer, Mr. Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda de la Cuesta Rute and Mr. Emilio S\u00e1nchez Pintado were partners. In 1982 he became Partner of the firm, which changed its name to \u201cS\u00e1nchez Pintado, De la Cuesta Rute and Rodr\u00edguez-Pi\u00f1ero\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Founding partner since 1985 of the Law Firm &#8220;Abogados Asociados&#8221; which was formed, throughout its practically 20 years of existence, by different partners, Mr. Emilio S\u00e1nchez, Pintado, Mr. Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda de la Cuesta Rute, (Professor of Commercial Law ), Mr. Jos\u00e9 Luis Lampreave, (Professor of Political Economy and Public Finance), and Ms. Isabel Cebri\u00e1n Plaza.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div  class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion_builder_column_1_1 fusion-builder-column-3 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last 1_1\"  style='margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:20px;'><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper\" style=\"padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;\"   data-bg-url=\"\"><div class=\"fusion-text\"><p>In 1999, he was appointed 1st Vice President of the Lawyers Association for the ethics and quality of the Law \u201d(SCEVOLA), in which he was a founding partner.<\/p>\n<p>Founding partner and Director of the Private Law Department of the Firm \u201cRodr\u00edguez-Pi\u00f1ero Abogados Asociados\u201d, since its creation in 2004.<\/p>\n<p>He held the position of Secretary of the Governing Board of the Madrid Bar Association, being appointed rapporteur for the Drafting of the New Bylaws after the entry into force of the General Statute of the Legal Profession and the Law of Professional Associations, both National and of the Autonomous Region of Madrid. Said Bylaws were approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting held on July 19<sup>th<\/sup>, 2006.<\/p>\n<p>He is an Arbitrator of the Madrid Court of Arbitration.
