Antonio has a degree in Law from the San Pablo Ceu University of Madrid and is a member (number 72040) of the Madrid Bar Association
In his previous stage to the RPCC Law Firm, he founded and developed the firm M & Ad 4Law. Formerly, headed the legal department of Audalia-Nexia and previously practice Law in other firms.
His career has been developed in the field of private law, advising both individuals and companies.
He is a legal advisor with a global vision who has focused his practice on Civil, Commercial and Litigation, in which he has proven experience.
He has directed and participated in various business acquisitions and restructuring operations, bankruptcies, incorporation of national and foreign companies belonging to different sectors, negotiation, civil and commercial contracts, real estate, inheritance, labor and tax processes.
He has defended the interests and rights of his clients both in court and arbitration.
Aware of the digitization process as part of the current economic and social reality, he advises in the IT & IP area.
Throughout his career he has participated as a speaker at seminars and conferences, and is a member of international legal organizations.
